CONGRATULATIONS FROM CHAIRPERSON OF SUPREME COURT OF GEORGIA
My warm congratulations to legal society on issuance of new scholar journal “Herald of Law”. I believe “Herald of Law” will be a valuable asset for the legal periodical publications and will become platform for professional and intense legal debates. Development of law is the only way to create the efficient mechanism for protection of human rights and ensuring the security of each and every individual in a modern democratic society. In this process it is of great importance strengthening the national legal system, conducted qualified scientific researches and making such researches available to the general public. Hopefully, the journal “Herald of Law” becomes the successful written platform regarding the jurisprudence, as well as current and problematic issues of human rights, which will enrich academic resources, create important precondition for development of legal theory and practice. Moreover, it will promote development not only Georgian law, but also Georgian justice. It is also important that such edition serves the purpose of informing the society, in order to give the society clear picture of law, regulations and their practical application. Lastly, I would like to wish many constructive and critical readers to “Herald of Law”, which will promote development of scholar debates and will make more noticeable the importance of this journal.
