CONGRATULATIONS FROM CHAIRPERSON OF CONSTITUTIONAL COURT OF GEORGIA
I would like to congratulate to Georgian legal society on publication of new scholar journal “Herald of Law”. I believe that international online journal established by independent non-profit organization “Union of Law Scientists”, undoubtedly, will make a huge contribution to the development of Georgian law. “Herald of Law” has a mission to act as a platform which will unite independent and impartial experts of law and will create place for presenting opinions and public discussions. I think that “Herald of Law” will be important platform which will promote demonstrating and analyzing innovative scholar ideas in the field of law. Moreover, it will be beneficial for implementing international achievements in Georgian law. Publication of the journal will encourage and develop critical thinking and culture of debates in Georgia, also, it will demonstrate the significance of scholar and practical researches in the area of law. I would like to wish successful operation to editorial board, to make it possible that “Herald of Law” gains international recognition and receives its place amongst other important legal editions.
