Consensus – Indicator of political culture
Abstract:
The article represents an attempt to analyse the steps taken to implement national interests of the country and peaceful cultural policy at a local level.
On the other hand, the article is an academic research of system analysis of formal and informal institutions, different interest groups and also policy platforms of different political political parties. This analysis will be carried out on the basis of political culture of the country.
The aim of the article is to inform readers about the importance and functions of negotiations in solving controversial issues The article will reveal the process of negotiations, the stages of preparation, the tactics and the strategy.
In the article we analyse the essence of consensus and negotiations and the steps that should be taken in the foreign and internal cultural politics of the State.
